Shipping Policy
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation at your nominated email address, indicating that we have received your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please ensure your payment process is complete and check your email’s spam or junk folder.
Order Processing and Packing Times
We aim to process and pack orders within 1-3 business days after they are placed. Once packed, your order will be handed over to Australia Post or the selected courier for shipping. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods or sales events, but we will keep you informed of any delays.
When your order is shipped, we will send an automated email with tracking information.
Shipping Options and Rates:
- Standard Shipping: $10 within Australia
- Express Shipping: $15 within Australia
- International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the selected delivery service at checkout. While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times and are not responsible for any delays outside our control, such as postal service delays or customs processing for international orders.
Authority to Leave
Our packages are shipped with authority to leave by default, meaning the courier will leave your package in a safe location if you are not available to receive it. Please ensure there is a secure area available for this purpose. Should you require a signature upon receipt, please contact us directly before your order is dispatched.

P.O. Box Shipping
We do not ship to P.O. boxes with our regular courier services. If shipping to a P.O. box is necessary, please select the relevant option at checkout or contact us to arrange alternate delivery options.
