Once your order is placed, we will send an order confirmation to your nominated email address. This also confirms that we have received your order. If you have not received an order confirmation, please verify that you have completed the payment process.

You will receive an automated confirmation e-mail from us when your order has been shipped that includes the tracking information.

STANDARD SHIPPING: $10 for delivery within Australia.

EXPRESS SHIPPING: $15 for delivery within Australia

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Rates are calculated at checkout

Delivery times are dependant on delivery service. We do not guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for delays outside of our control.

By default our packages are shipped with authority to leave. Please ensure there is a safe place for this to occur. Should you require signature receipt please contact us.

We always use traceable services for delivery. Please contact us if you do not receive tracking information for your purchase. Your contact details, such as phone number and email address are required for this service.

We do not ship to PO boxes with our usual courier. If P.O. box shipping is a necessity, please use the appropriate option at checkout.
