1. Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return eligible products under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: You can return unopened and unused products within 3 days of receipt.
- Condition: Products must be in their original packaging, with any seals unbroken, and in a resalable condition.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at online@thefunctionalcollective.com.au with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Store Credit: Returns for change of mind will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Eligibility: You must report the issue within 30 days of receiving the product.

- Resolution: We will assess the issue and, if confirmed, arrange for the replacement or refund of the product, along with any shipping costs incurred.
3. Exclusions

- Products purchased during promotional sales or clearance items (unless defective).
- Gift cards.
4. Return Shipping
- For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For defective or damaged products, we will cover the return shipping costs.
